This is one of my favorite places to get sushi in Costa Mesa! The prices are reasonable, and the quality is amazing. Don't let the wait scare you off, it's worth it!
Eat's has a big menu and there's a lot of variety, so there's something for everyone. I love that the rolls come in small portions at cheaper prices, so you can try a bunch of different rolls without breaking the bank (or filling your stomach too quickly).
They also have a big selection of no-rice rolls, which I really appreciate (as someone who's trying to eat less carbs). The cucumber wrap roll and the mountain hand roll have been my favorites of the bunch.
The service is always outstanding and my experiences here have always been great. Definitely a must-try!
