Where quality Sushi meets absolute customer satisfaction
Eat’s Sushi is your neighborhood sushi restaurant where passion meets flavor. Enjoy great quality sushi at an affordable price.
Decided to try this place after doing some deep researching and this place was excellent. Their fish/sushi were very fresh and reasonably priced. I got a bunch of uni sushi, they were very fresh/sweet tasting/clean finish/not bitter. I really enjoyed it, maybe we got lucky as uni can be hit or miss. Their toro was also very excellent, very fatty and melt in your mouth. We got bunch of other rolls which were very good too. Overall it's what they advertise, great/fresh sushi at reasonable prices. I would definitely come here again in a heartbeat next time I am in the area.

After building up a hefty appetite paddle boarding, my friends and I needed a place to eat that wouldn't completely negate our workout and found EAT'S SUSHI. And eat we did.
We inhaled a plethora of rolls. The rolls are about $8 each and come out with 4 pieces, but those pieces are filling. And let's face it, it's better to have a variety of rolls so that you can try more options.
Some rolls we tried. I can't remember all of the ones we ordered because we stuffed them in our bellies like no ones business...and I didn't take any photos. That's how you know it's good AND that you're hungry. Recommend them all:
- Zen sushi
- Salmon skin
- Rainbow roll
- Cucumber wrap
- Baja roll (get this! Do it. Do itttt.)
- Albacore delight
- Alaskan roll
And we ordered sushi. I enjoy being able to order one piece of nigiri at a time (again, so I can taste all the things!) and thought the price and quality were great.
My recommendations:
- Madai (the nigiri as well as the sashimi with the truffle oil...drool)
- sweet shrimp
- peppered salmon (usually I'm a nigiri purist but oof)
- seared albacore (if you like a meatier type of fish)
And don't forget about appetizers!:
- poke salad (This. Is. Big! The salad was good, but the salad dressing does permeate through and leaves an impression. Ask for salad dressing on the side).
- seaweed salad (standard)
- edamame (standard and on the less saltier side, which is appreciated)
- miso soup (good but it was lukewarm initially. The server reheated the soup for us)
After further consideration, perhaps our workout ended up being negated after all based on the all the food we ordered. Worth itttt.
PS: if you check in on yelp, you can get a free soda.

5/5 my favorite sushi spot. The quality of the cut, the freshness of the fish, price, perfection of the rice, and portion of the fish is what makes this place top notch and my new number one to go spot.
Everything from their appetizers of crispy rice, to their perfect crispy salmon skin hand roll, to their fresh omakase quality cuts... I can see why people love coming here and why the wait is worth it.
I'd choose this spot over Sugar fish (I know.. I've even tried the blue crab hand cut and it's way better)! As long as you are not expecting the specialty omakase, you'll love it here. It's when you're craving for a fresh, Japanese quality but affordable sushi outing that makes this the perfect spot.

Whenever I visit my daughter in Huntington Beach, Eat's is the one restaurant I insist on getting dinner at. Their sushi is always fresh with a wide variety available, including many rolls and their "new style" sashimi which comes in 5 different varieties & styles and is delicious (albacore, salmon & yellowtail were the last 3 I had on my recent visit). Also, don't be intimidated by their lines - the waiting list system (thru Yelp or by calling the restaurant) works perfectly and is usually shorter than the initial wait time they give you.
Kudos to Thao who works there whose service was fantastic!

The ambience is sooo beautiful and cozy. I came by myself and was seated in about 2minutes even though it was really busy. The service is great, attentive and fast. The food is absolutely delicious! I had the Spicy Garlic Edamame, Baked Scallop Roll & Fried Golden Californian Roll. All of which were SOOO DELICIOUSLY SATISFYING. Highly recommend! Prices are great as well.

The wait is about an hour long but it is WORTH IT! We spent about $60 after tip for 3 people and for sushi, that is SO REASONABLE. The food is absolutely delicious and we loved how the rolls are in 4 pieces so you can try a lot of things. We loved the baby lobster roll the most. Also the inside has immaculate vibes. Gorgeous decor even if it is a bit small. Definitely go for dinner!
