Where quality Sushi meets absolute customer satisfaction

Eat’s Sushi is your neighborhood sushi restaurant where passion meets flavor. Enjoy great quality sushi at an affordable price.

I really enjoyed their Sashimi Combo, Yellow Tail Sushi and Tuna Sushi. If you like rolls, the Crunch Rolls has Tempura is a delicate delight that are fried lightly with a good crisp.
They also serve Ramen here that is a Shoyu Tonkatsu Ramen where the broth is on the creamier side. Not my first go to as it's their only Ramen choice, but tasty nonetheless.
Service: They do a fantastic job of checking up on you at a pace where you can eat continuously and have everything you need to have an enjoyable experience. Definitely one of my high points about recommending this place.
Ambiance: it's a cozy setup that is very compact, but once you are seated you have plenty of space for yourself to eat. The sushi bar is visible from every table, with Japanese theme decor everywhere and it all blends together well to form an experience good enough to bring your date or your family.

It's located in the Stater Bros parking lot so we've never had an issue finding parking, but it can get busy and there can be a bit of a wait sometimes. That's why I'm glad they opened Takumi just a few blocks away. Takumi has the exact same menu. If you visit either location and find there's a wait you can always opt to put in a take out order. I can attest that taking the food to go doesn't compromise the quality or taste of their food.

The fish is ALWAYS fresh and flavorful. The staff are all very pleasant. Service is fast and friendly!
The only issue I have with Eats, is that they close from 2-5 everyday, which is usually when I stop in!
So then it's back in my car and go on up to Takumi!... at least they don't take a break!
Also, the miso soup here is probably the best around...

These two are a must-have every time I go for sushi, and they're great indicators of how fresh a restaurant's ingredients are--especially the uni, which should taste sweet and creamy. Same goes for the sweet shrimp. I was very satisfied with both The shrimp heads are deep-fried too, and the aroma is simply irresistible.
2 Salmon Blue Crab
The salmon is wrapped around avocado and crab meat--such a well-balanced combo, with no one ingredient overpowering the others.
3 Tonkotsu Ramen
Most sushi-focused restaurants usually only offer udon--and it's often just okay. But this place has ramen, and surprisingly, it's delicious! The pork bone broth and chewy noodles bring instant happiness.
4 Combo Sashimi B
You can tell how fresh each sashimi slice is just by its color. They also added a thoughtful touch--octopus and cucumber in a sweet-and-sour dressing to refresh the palate. Perfect for eating sashimi in big bites!

这家叫Eat's sushi下午错开饭点座位差不多也是满的,周末生意还挺好的~
我俩最近迷上无米寿司了~特别是夏天吃好清爽!减碳水也能过瘾yyds
我们三个人点了:
* Roly Poly

My daughter and I were at South Coast Plaza killing time and decided to grab some sushi. I hoped on Yelp and we decided to t this place out. They closed the wait list through the app, so I thought maybe they're not that busy at 5p on a Friday. I was absolutely wrong. This is a small restaurant and there were a lot of people outside. The wait time was 70-110 min, so if it is closed on the app, you have to go in to get on the wait list. I was a little miffed by them closing the wait list (I would not have come had i know it was so busy), but I decided to give them a try and order to go.
The order took about 30 min. I didn't read any reviews and quickly glanced at the pictures people posted, so if you're new to this restaurant, I want to tell you the main thing: the prices are reasonable because each "roll" is half the size of a regular roll! This restaurant catapulted to the top of my favorite sushi restaurants because of this. Where else can you go and try different sushi without committing to a full roll of each. I love it!
We got the in&out salmon, Alaskan, roly poly and baby lobster rolls. I didn't read the description for the roll poly well, so I didn't realize there are a whole bunch of onions on top. I like onions but not that much, but I paid for it, so I'm going to eat it. Let me tell you... I'm dreaming about those onions. They weren't strong and were so crunchy. I'm not sure what they do to them, but wow, they were good! And then put them and on top of salmon and real crab (not imitation). It was pretty spectacular. The in&out salmon roll was my other favorite. Everything we good. And to top it off, they gave us our meal in a reusable bag in their signature orange.
What they could've done better was to text or call me when my order was ready. We just went back a little after 30 min.
Overall, I fell in love with this restaurant at first bite. I live an hour away (without traffic), but I'm already looking forward to the next time I can eat here!
