I recently checked out Eat's Sushi in Costa Mesa, and honestly, I wasn't expecting the quality to be this good.
The fish was fresh, the portions were generous, and everything was beautifully presented.
(The eel was just a little dry for my personal taste, but everything else was excellent.)
One thing I really loved is how extensive the menu is. They have everything from classic nigiri and sashimi to specialty rolls, bento boxes, 1 udon, and 1 ramen, so there's something for everyone.
The rolls were packed with ingredients instead of mostly rice, and every bite was well-balanced and flavorful.
If you're a uni lover, I highly recommend trying theirs. And don't skip the Salmon Blue Crab the subtle truffle aroma takes it to another level.
