Eat’s Sushi is your neighborhood sushi restaurant where passion meets flavor. Enjoy great quality sushi at an affordable price.

Although we had to wait about 20 minutes for our table, the wait was entirely worthwhile. The menu offered an extensive array of sushi options, and each dish we ordered showcased the freshness and affordability that set Eat's Sushi apart. The waitstaff demonstrated efficiency and attentiveness, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Among our numerous sushi selections, the New Style Salmon Sashimi stole the show. So much so that we couldn't resist ordering it twice! The delicate flavors and expert preparation of this dish left a lasting impression. Our sushi adventure continued with standout choices like Salmon Egg (Ikura), Bluefin Tuna, Sweet Shrimp, and some delectable baked salmon and scallop rolls. Each piece was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality.
For those looking for a variety of flavors in one go, the Bento box, which my daughter ordered, proved to be a good deal. It offered a well-balanced combination of flavors and textures, showcasing the kitchen's versatility.
The overall atmosphere at Eat's Sushi is vibrant, and the waiters and staff are quick to attend to your needs without being intrusive. Their friendly and efficient service added to the positive dining experience, making us feel genuinely welcome.
In conclusion, Eat's Sushi has earned its spot as a hidden gem for sushi enthusiasts. The combination of fresh, affordable, and delicious offerings, coupled with attentive service, makes it a standout choice in the area. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to indulge in more of Eat's Sushi's culinary delights!

Having been in my bookmarks for quite some time and with my girlfriend craving sushi, I knew it was the time to try this place out.
We arrived about 30 minutes after opening time to see the restaurant almost completely full. Luckily, there was one table available and we got seated immediately.
The menus is large, with plenty of appetizers, sushi, sashimi, and no rice options. We knew what we wanted, and ordered the following: Sweet Shrimp Sushi, Salmon Sushi, Yellowtail Sushi, Fresh Water Eel Sushi, Fatty Tuna Sushi, Spicy Crunch Roll, Spicy Salmon Hand Roll, Spicy Garlic Edamame, Roly Poly No Rice Roll, Sushi Blossom No Rice Roll, Crispy Rice With Spicy Tuna, Tempura Udon, Spicy Tuna Hand Roll, and a Spicy Crunch Roll.
Normally I would describe each item I ordered but with the amount we ordered I'll save you the reading time -- IT WAS ALL GOOD. Everything tasted fresh. The Spicy Garlic Edamame came out last, but it was so dang good.
Service was good. Two different servers pediodically check up on us.
The parking lot is big, but there are quite a few businesses and a Stater Bros so at times it could get packed.
I definitely, definitely recommend this place!

The price is amazing for the quality of fish you get. If there's one item you should try, get the SALMON SASHIMI (buttery, melt in your mouth and thick cut)
For their rolls, they offer 4 pieces instead of the typical 8 piece roll that you usually see at other restaurants. I kinda like this tho because you can try a bit of everything!
Expect long waits, but I recommend joining the Yelp waitlist beforehand!

Food: 10/10. The combo sashimi is such a steal - big portions of fish, fresh taste, super filling. They even offer fresh wasabi at no additional cost (upon request, pro tip).
Ambiance: 10/10. Lots of seating, nice staff, fast delivery of food. Waitlist is intense and I'm glad they allow us to be on the waitlist when we're 5 miles within the restaurant. We usually go to Mitsuwa nearby until the waitlist dwindles down.
