I love Eats for their pepper salmon nigiri! It's so flavorful and practically melts in your mouth. I also appreciate that they don't overload the nigiri with rice, and the fish portions are pretty generous. The scallops are another favorite of mine, and I love that they have great keto roll options!

The ambiance is always nice, and the service has consistently been great. My only complaint is that I remember the rolls being bigger and more generously portioned about a year ago, so that's a little disappointing.

Overall, this is a great spot if you're craving fresh, flavorful nigiri and simple, delicious sushi rolls. I always find myself coming back for the pepper salmon!

We came as a group of 8 with 1 being a baby, we had to sit separately so maybe not that great for groups. It was quite busy for a Wednesday evening but we didn't wait long for the food once we ordered. We ordered mostly rolls and sashimi and they came out quickly.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Was a busy atmosphere and I can see why. Food was really good. Average price per roll (regardless how unique it is is around $8 for 4 pieces) good pricing and really good sushi. Will be coming back

This place is SO good. I love how everything is tapas-style so everyone at the table can try a little bit of everything! The staff is so attentive and nice, and the interior is super cute and fun 🙂 Especially loved the salmon skin salad and the spicy tuna on crispy rice. The crispy rice was soft with a good crunch somehow, super good!

The wait can get really long, so just be mindful of that when you're coming on a Friday or a weekend. Otherwise, great spot!!

One of my favorite sushi restaurants in Orange County! The sushi is so fresh and affordable. I have been here multiple times and def recommend it to people to try.

My personal favorites here are the salmon and/or yellowtail collar. It is the perfect crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. Must get. They give you not just the collar, but a piece of the fish too.

I also really like their poke salad. Huge portion, and ample amount of fish.
You can't go wrong with their nigiri pieces. I've tried most of their nigiri pieces with different fish, and it doesn't disappoint.

My husband really likes their beef dish and the chicken teriyaki dish too! This place is def worth it and I hope they don't change their quality or pricing!

The restaurant can get really busy! But so thankful they have Yelp waitlist. It is busy, but service is good. Restaurant can be a little bit loud inside because of the music.

It was yummy and always good service I love this place . I had cucumber salad and a California roll I wanted to order more but I got full I give 10/10

Now I know why this place is always packed and there is a line in front. At Eat's Sushi, affordability doesn't mean cutting corners. They use only the best-quality fish and ingredients--from premium uni and bluefin tuna to fresh Hamachi--while keeping the prices surprisingly approachable.

I loved everything here. Despite of the line, they accommodate fast, bring food quickly.

If I want a good mix of sushi (mostly nigiri), and various other cooked Japanese food like a surprisingly really good tempura udon, then this is a good place to go.
